A new class schedule started this week! We added two new classes to Thursday’s schedule.
Join Jeanne for Cardio/Aerobics at 8 a.m. This class is a great way to start your day. Get your heart rate up without the impact with easy-to-follow movements. We will work the abdominal muscles to increase core strength and cool down with stretching to increase flexibility.
Join Bridget for Balanced Body Barre at 9:30 a.m. This class uses the fitness barre while incorporating weights to focus on both upper and lower body strength. Full Body Barre includes blasts of cardio. The class finishes off with core exercises. This class is great for all fitness levels because you can work out at your own pace. Modifications can be made— from beginner to advanced.
