In a recent survey, members told us they’d like to see a wider variety of classes added to the schedule. In addition to adding several new classes to the schedule, we’re going to rotate the class offerings in the 9:30 a.m. time slot on Fridays .
This Friday, try Balanced Body Barre with Bridget! This class uses the fitness barre while incorporating weights to focus on both upper and lower body strength. Full Body Barre includes blasts of cardio. The class finishes with core exercises. Balanced Body Barre is great for all fitness levels because you can workout at your own pace. Modifications can always be made—from the beginner to advanced.
