Join Jeanne for Low Impact Cardio at 8 a.m. This class offers 20-25 minutes of low-impact cardio. It’s a great way to start your day! Get your heart rate up without the impact with easy-to-follow movements. We will work the abdominal muscles to increase core strength and cool down with stretching to increase flexibility.
Becky teaches Cardio/Core at 9:30 a.m. This 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training forces you to go all-out; 100% maximum exertion. You will torch calories through quick, intense bursts of exercise geared toward keeping your heart rate up the entire class. Modifications made to suit any fitness level.
At night, Bridget offers Zumba at 5:30 p.m. This classes mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Join Bridget for Balanced Body Barre at 6:30 p.m. Balanced Body Barre is a mixture of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet. It’s a fun upbeat group workout set to motivating upbeat music. This class will help you builds muscle—while still being low impact. Super controlled movements reduce pressure on joints, tendons and spine while strengthening and sculpting targeted muscles.
