Members really seem to be enjoying the rotating Friday schedule!

Jenny is offering Yin Yoga on the first Friday of May (5/5/17).  The postures of Yin Yoga help the body to release accumulated tension by deeply stretching the muscles and connective tissue.  The process of deep breathing guides participants into a profoundly relaxed and stress free state.  As the body is cared for, new energy flows, which offers the body tremendous vitality for healing.  Please bring a large blanket to use as a bolster.

Cardio/Core with Tami is offered on the second Friday of May (5/12/17.)  Balanced Body Barre offers is a great conditioning class.  The class uses the fitness barre and weights to focus on upper body strength and lower body too. Full Body Barre includes blasts of cardio.  The class concludes with core exercises. This class is great for all fitness levels because you can workout at your own pace.  Modifications can be made for beginners and the advanced.

Join Bridget for Balance Body Barre on the third Friday of the month, (5/19/17.)  Balanced Body Barre is a great conditioning class.  The class uses the fitness barre and weights to focus on upper body strength and lower body too. Full Body Barre includes blasts of cardio.  The class concludes with core exercises.  (Mats are available—or you can bring your own.)  This class is great for all fitness levels because you can workout at your own pace.  Modifications can be made for beginners and the advanced.

BootCamp with Tami is offered on the last Friday of the month (5/26/17.)  Boot Camp offers a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements.  Use a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes.  Perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. Get everything you need for a total-body workout in one hour!  Modifications are offered for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

Evening classes include Zumba, Balance Body Barre, Bootcamp, Yogalates and Cardio Core.
