May class schedule revised.

Please note the changes in our May class schedule.  (Bridget’s classes have been cancelled.  She is unavailable to teach for the next few months.)

We have added Insanity and Bootcamp to the Thursday schedule.

Insanity is a challenging, group focused, athletic training, cardio conditioning, total body strength class. It’s designed for all fitness levels with easy-to-follow moves. The workout will challenge you, change you and get you in the best shape of your life!

Boot Camp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements.  Use a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes.  Perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. Get everything you need for a total-body workout in one hour!  Modifications are offered for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

A new June class schedule will be released by the end of May.
