Jeanne’s Cardio/Step Class is being replaced by “Move & Tone” on Thursdays at 8 a.m. at Evolution Fitness Winfield.
This class is a cardio workout utilizing safe low impact movements. Intervals of light weights and/or resistance bands are used to maintaing heart rate and tone muscles. An ab workout and stretch/relaxation movements complete this workout.
Jeanne offered the class last week for the first time and class participants loved it! They encouraged her to replace Cardio/Step with this new, fun class.
