Barre Burn added to February class schedule.

Join Courtney for Barre Burne on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at Evolution Fitness Winfield.

Barre Burn is a combination of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training. The bar is used as a prop to maintain balance during isometric exercises. This class includes reps with light weights, resistance bands and mat work. Barre exercises, fused with bursts of cardio exercises, will raise your heart rate while toning the entire body.
