Join Heather for R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength.


We have a new Monday morning class in February!  Join Heather at 9:30 a.m. on Mondays for R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength.

R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is a twist to the classic R.I.P.P.E.D. class that focuses on power resistance and core. Targeting the major muscle groups of the body such as quads, glutes, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs. R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is designed for all fitness levels, from a beginner to someone who is more experienced.
