Members are invited to bring a guest to Evolution Fitness every Monday in March for FREE. Guest may work out on the equipment—or take a class. Guests must sign our waiver before using the equipment or taking a class and should remain with their host member during the visit. Limit one guest per visit.
“Gym Only” members are invited to participate in the classes in Winfield for FREE on our guest days.
- Join Jeanne for Move & Tone at 8 a.m. This class is a cardio workout utilizing safe low impact movements. Intervals of light weights and/or resistance bands are used to maintaining heart rate and tone muscles. An ab workout and stretch/relaxation movements complete this workout.
- Join Heather at 9:30 a.m. for R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength. R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is a twist to the classic R.I.P.P.E.D. class that focuses on power resistance and core. Targeting the major muscle groups of the body such as quads, glutes, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs. R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is designed for all fitness levels, from a beginner to someone who is more experienced.
- Join Mindy at 6 p.m. for Core de Force. Core de Force. Core de Force is a high energy mixed martial arts inspired total body sculpting class. The workout contains three minute rounds of fight combinations, spikes and coordinating movements. The focus is core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core.
