All members and a guest can participate in classes for FREE on guest days. Member keys will allow access to the gym.
Try REPS in Winfield at 8 a.m. The one hour class is designed to work all major muscle groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominal, gluts, etc.) using weights and/or resistance equipment. Increase muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.
Enjoy Sampati Yoga at 9 a.m. Strengthen muscles, connective tissue, bones, the mind, respiratory system, and heart in this class.
Participate in Boot Camp at 6 p.m. Test yourself using a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes. Perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements. Modifications are offered for beginners to advanced fitness levels.
Please have guests sign our waiver before using the equipment or taking a class. Guests should remain with their host member during the visit. Limit one guest per visit.
