Boot Camp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements. Test yourself using a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes. Perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. You get everything you need for a total-body workout in one hour! Modifications are offered for beginners to advanced fitness levels.
