30 Minute Abs: Join Heather for 30 Minute Abs! Strong, able abs contribute to a healthy core, forming a powerful axis for your whole body. Your abdominals act as an anchor for muscles of the mid and lower back. 30 Minute Abs with Heather follows her 9:30 a.m. R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength class on Monday and her 9:30 a.m. R.I.P.P.E.D. class on Fridays. The class starts at 10:40 a.m.
Insane Booty and Core: Insane Booty and Core offers 30 second intervals of booty and core work, with short bursts of cardio for an extra burn. Strong glutes offer better posture and support the lower back. With stronger glutes, you’ll experience improved athletic performance, increased bone density, fat loss and fat loss maintenance. Insane Booty and Core follows Mindy’s Core de Force class at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesdays.
Butts and Guts: Get ready to tone it up! Butts and Guts is a fast pace core and glute specific workout. During this 30 minute class, class participants will focus on shaping and toning these areas through strength and cardio exercises. Courtney is the instructor.
