The first 30 minutes will feature Courtney’s Kettlebell Class. A kettlebell is a weight made of cast iron. It looks somewhat like a cannonball with a handle! Kettlebell Class mixes several types of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio endurance. Challenging and efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment for a total work out
The next 30 minutes is titled Butts and Guts. Butts and Guts is a fast pace core and glute specific workout. During this 30 minute class, class participants will focus on shaping and toning these areas through strength and cardio exercises.
The last 30 minutes will feature Pilates. Pilates is a low impact class focused on improving core strength, increasing flexibility and toning the entire body. Pilates is challenging. It will sculpt your body and increase agility in your every day movements.
