Test yourself using a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes. Perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements. Modifications are offered for beginners to advanced fitness levels.
Classes are free for members and their guests on all Saturdays in October. Guests should sign a waiver before using the equipment or taking a class. Guests should remain with their host member during each visit. Limit one guest per visit.
