Join Jeanne for REPS on Mondays at 5 p.m.

Jeanne is teaching her popular REPS class on Mondays at 5 p.m. in November.  REPS is also offered on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8 a.m.

Join Jeanne for choreographed resistance training in REPS.  This one hour class is designed to work all major muscle groups: shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quad  triceps, hamstrings, abdominal and glutes.  Use weights and resistance equipment to Increase muscle strength, muscle  endurance, and flexibility.

This class is for all fitness levels.  Jeanne Fastero is the certified instructor.

The class is included in “unlimited classes” memberships.  “Gym Only” members can pay $5 to participate.  Your key will allow you secure access to the gym.  Non-members pay $10 for a day pass.
