Join us for “90 Minutes with Courtney” this Saturday.


“90 Minutes with Courtney,” taught by Courtney Olavarria, will include 30 minutes of mini band work and 30 minutes of upper body strength exercises. Finish up the class with a combination of cardio and strength. Use mini bands, resistance bands and dumbbells during the 90 minute session.
