Jeanne Fastero is offering Move & Tone at 8 a.m., REPS at 9:30 a.m. and REPS at 5 p.m. on Mondays in January.
Move & Tone is a cardio workout utilizing safe low impact movements. Intervals of light weights and/or resistance bands are used to maintaining heart rate and tone muscles. An ab workout and stretch/relaxation movements complete this workout.
REPS is a one hour class designed to work all major muscle groups using weights and resistance equipment. Work your shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominal and gluts to increase muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.
