Jeanne is offering THREE CLASSES every Monday in January.

Jeanne Fastero is offering Move & Tone at 8 a.m., REPS at 9:30 a.m. and REPS at 5 p.m. on Mondays in January.

Move & Tone is a cardio workout utilizing safe low impact movements. Intervals of light weights and/or resistance bands are used to maintaining heart rate and tone muscles. An ab workout and stretch/relaxation movements complete this workout.

REPS is a one hour class designed to work all major muscle groups using weights and resistance equipment. Work your shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominal and gluts to increase muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.

Boot Camp class added for Tuesday, January 8.

Pat HubbardPat Hubbard is teaching Boot Camp on Tuesday January 8 at 6 p.m. at Evolution Fitness in Winfield.  Tell your friends!

Boot Camp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements.  Test yourself using a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes.  Perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. You get everything you need for a total-body workout in one hour!  Modifications are offered for beginners to advanced fitness levels

Join us for “90 Minutes with Courtney” this Saturday.


“90 Minutes with Courtney,” taught by Courtney Olavarria, will include 30 minutes of mini band work and 30 minutes of upper body strength exercises. Finish up the class with a combination of cardio and strength. Use mini bands, resistance bands and dumbbells during the 90 minute session.

The Evolution Fitness Winfield November class schedule has been published!

You’ll find two new evening classes—5 p.m. REPS with Jeanne on Mondays and 5:30 p.m. Tabata with Courtney on Wednesdays.  Heather is offering Cardio/Core and Tabata on alternating Thursday evenings at 6 p.m.

We are going to add evening child care for the month of November. Evening hours will be Monday from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m., Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m.

Sunday classes added to the March schedule

Evolution Fitness has added three Sunday classes during the month of March: Pilates, Cardio/Core and Kettlebell Class.

Join Courtney for Pilates on Sunday, March 4 at 12:15 p.m.

Pilates is a low impact class focused on improving core strength, increasing flexibility and toning the entire body. Pilates is challenging.  It will sculpt your body and increase agility in your every day movements. Roll out your mat and let’s work for a solid 45 minutes!

Join Courtney for Cardio/Core on Sunday, March 11 at 12:15 p.m.   This 45 minute high Intensity Interval training forces you to go all-out; 100% maximum exertion.  You will torch calories through quick, intense bursts of exercise geared toward keeping your heart rate up.  High intensity interval training is followed by a core specific exercises to strengthen your core.   Modifications can be made to suit any fitness level.  This class is 45 minutes.

Join Courtney for Kettlebell Class on Sunday, March 18 at 12:15 p.m.  A kettlebell is a weight made of cast iron.  It looks somewhat like a cannonball with a handle! Kettlebells mix several types of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio endurance. Challenging and efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment for a total work out in 45 minutes.

The classes are included in “unlimited classes” memberships. “Gym Only” members can pay $5 to participate. Your key will allow you secure access to the gym.

Non-members pay $10 for a day pass. (Non-members need to sign a waiver and make arrangements for gym entry by calling 219.232.4918. For security reasons, members are not permitted to allow access to non-members.)
