Low-Impact Cardio:  This class is 20-25 minutes of low-impact cardio. It’s a great way to start your day.  Get your heart rate up without the impact with easy to follow movements.  We work the abdominal muscles to increase core strength and cool down with stretching to increase flexibility.

 REPS:  This is a choreographed resistance training workout. The one hour class is designed to work all major muscle groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominal, gluts, etc.) using weights and/or resistance equipment.  The purpose of this class is to increase muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.

Sampatti Yoga:  Sampatti Yoga can be taught to anyone and is a collection of poses from various Yoga styles that are non-harming and beneficial for the mind, body, and heart. Each month brings a new series of beneficial poses.  Poses can:

  • Rejuvenate your body and mind
  • Restore and realign your spine
  • Strengthen muscles, connective tissue, bones, the mind, respiratory system, and heart
  • May reverse the signs of aging
  • Activate all 3 layers of the abdominal muscles
  • Lengthen and strengthen your muscles to maintain height
  • Aid in your digestion
  • Above all relax and find the union of your body, mind, and spirit

Cardio/CoreThis 45 minute H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) forces you to go all-out; 100% maximum exertion.  You will torch calories through quick, intense bursts of exercise geared toward keeping your heart rate up the entire class.  Modifications can be made to suit any fitness level.

Core & More:  This workout targets all the muscles of the core (abdominals, back, hip and glutes) using your own body weight as well as equipment such as balls, bands, weights and the BOSU. Good for ALL fitness levels.

Full Body Barre:  A whole body conditioning class in1 hour.  This class uses the fitness barre while incorporating weights to focus not only your upper body strength, but your lower body too. Full Body Barre includes blasts of cardio and we finish off with core exercises. Great for all fitness levels because you can workout at your own pace.  Modifications are always made from the beginner to advanced.

Cardio/Step:  A unique one hour long class which combines cardio and a full body workout using  elevated platforms.  Great class for all ages and fitness levels with simple modifications and high calorie-burn choreography.  Ready to Step up your workout?  Come join us and burn nearly 500 calories in a single class.

Boot Camp:  This Boot Camp class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, & functional movements. You will test yourself using a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes, and also perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. You get everything you need for a total-body workout in 1 hour!  Modifications offered from beginners to advanced fitness levels.

Zumba®Perfect For everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.  We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.   A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

YOGALATES . Yoga + Pilates:  In this class, we combine pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level. Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.

Childcare is available for an additional free on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. until noon.  The cost is $15 a month for the first child and $5 a month for each additional child.  Childcare can be added and dropped at any time.  Members pay by the month for childcare.
