Low-Impact Cardio: This class is 20-25 minutes of low-impact cardio. It’s a great way to start your day. Get your heart rate up without the impact with easy to follow movements. We work the abdominal muscles to increase core strength and cool down with stretching to increase flexibility.
REPS: This is a choreographed resistance training workout. The one hour class is designed to work all major muscle groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominal, gluts, etc.) using weights and/or resistance equipment. The purpose of this class is to increase muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.
Sampati Yoga: Sampati Yoga can be taught to anyone and is a collection of poses from various Yoga styles that are non-harming and beneficial for the mind, body, and heart. Each month brings a new series of beneficial poses. Poses can:
- Rejuvenate your body and mind
- Restore and realign your spine
- Strengthen muscles, connective tissue, bones, the mind, respiratory system, and heart
- May reverse the signs of aging
- Activate all 3 layers of the abdominal muscles
- Lengthen and strengthen your muscles to maintain height
- Aid in your digestion
- Above all relax and find the union of your body, mind, and spirit
Cardio/Core: This 45 minute high Intensity Interval training forces you to go all-out; 100% maximum exertion. You will torch calories through quick, intense bursts of exercise geared toward keeping your heart rate up. High intensity interval training is followed by a core specific exercises to strengthen your core. Modifications can be made to suit any fitness level. This class is 45 minutes.
Boot Camp: This Boot Camp class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, & functional movements. You will test yourself using a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes, and also perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. You get everything you need for a total-body workout in 1 hour! Modifications offered from beginners to advanced fitness levels.
R.I.P.P.E.D.: R.I.P.P.E.D. utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight exercises. It’s a one-stop workout! Modifications can be made for all fitness levels.
R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is a twist to the classic R.I.P.P.E.D. class that focuses on power resistance and core. Targeting the major muscle groups of the body such as quads, glutes, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs. R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is designed for all fitness levels, from a beginner to someone who is more experienced.
Insanity: Insanity is a challenging, group focused, athletic training, cardio conditioning, total body strength class. It’s designed for all fitness levels with easy-to-follow moves. The workout will challenge you, change you and get you in the best shape of your life!
CORE DE FORCE: CORE DE FORCE is a high energy mixed martial arts inspired total body sculpting class. The workout contains three minute rounds of fight combinations, spikes and coordinating movements. The focus is core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core. Every second works your core from 360 degrees—to help tighten your midsection and trim fat off your belly fast.
Move & Tone: Move & Tone offers a cardio workout utilizing safe low impact movements. Intervals of light weights and/or resistance bands are used to maintaining heart rate and tone muscles. An ab workout and stretch/relaxation movements complete this workout.
Barre Burn: Barre Burn is a combination of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training. The bar is used as a prop to maintain balance during isometric exercises. This class includes reps with light weights, resistance bands and mat work. Barre exercises, fused with bursts of cardio exercises, will raise your heart rate while toning the entire body.
Kettlebell: A kettlebell is a weight made of cast iron. It looks somewhat like a cannonball with a handle! Kettlebells mix several types of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio endurance. Challenging and efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment for a total work out in 45 minutes.
