Jack is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.

Jack grew up in a military family. He has lived in New Mexico, Minnesota, Maryland and Japan. (He went to an American high school on a Naval base in Yokosuka, Japan for three years.) He currently resides in Dyer.
“I feel and look better when I exercise. Exercising helps me feel better physically and mentally. I feel the benefits long after I leave the gym,” said Jack.
He has two years of military fitness trainer experience, and has been weightlifting since high school.
Jack is a student at Purdue Northwest. He enjoys playing the bass guitar, exercising, participating in martial arts and lifting weights in his free time.
Every new member receives two free personal training sessions when joining Evolution Fitness. Jack will orient new members to gym equipment, measure body fat, take physical measurements and help new members set goals during the first one hour session. He will demonstrate exercises, conduct physical assessments, and discuss a personalized fitness program in the second one hour session. Plans may be built around client goals; weight loss programs, body building programs and programs to increase athletic performance.
Personal training sessions can be from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the package the client chooses. Jack offers “couples” pricing for friends that want to train together.
