We have a new Monday morning class in February!  Join Heather at 9:30 a.m. on Mondays for R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength.

R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is a twist to the classic R.I.P.P.E.D. class that focuses on power resistance and core. Targeting the major muscle groups of the body such as quads, glutes, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs. R.I.P.P.E.D. Strength is designed for all fitness levels, from a beginner to someone who is more experienced.

We’ve added another evening class! Join Mindy Budz on Mondays at 6 p.m. for CORE DE FORCE.

CORE DE FORCE is a high energy mixed martial arts inspired total body sculpting class. The workout contains three minute rounds of fight combinations, spikes and coordinating movements. The focus is core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core. Every second works your core from 360 degrees—to help tighten your midsection and trim fat off your belly fast.

Evolution Fitness in Winfield offers Saturday morning classes.

Join us on February 3rd for High Intensity Interval Training.  This class uses periods of intense all out exercise, followed by recovery periods.

Join us on February 10th and 24th for Boot Camp.  This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movements.  Test yourself using a variety of equipment ranging from kettle bells to battle ropes. Perform boot camp-style drills such as mountain climbers and jumping jacks. You get everything you need for a total-body workout in one hour!  Modifications are offered for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

Get your heart pumping with Power Pilates on February 17th.  Power Pilates is a class that uses low impact, strengthening and endurance movements.

Barre Burn added to February class schedule.

Join Courtney for Barre Burne on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at Evolution Fitness Winfield.

Barre Burn is a combination of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training. The bar is used as a prop to maintain balance during isometric exercises. This class includes reps with light weights, resistance bands and mat work. Barre exercises, fused with bursts of cardio exercises, will raise your heart rate while toning the entire body.
