Members are invited to bring a guest to Evolution Fitness for FREE on Tuesday.

Please have guests sign our waiver before using the equipment or taking a class. Guests should remain with their host member during the visit. Limit one guest per visit.

A day pass is normally  $10.  If you need an additional day pass during the week, please call or text 219.232.4918.

Move & Tone added to Thursday class schedule

Jeanne’s Cardio/Step Class is being replaced by “Move & Tone” on Thursdays at 8 a.m. at Evolution Fitness Winfield.

This class is a cardio workout utilizing safe low impact movements. Intervals of light weights and/or resistance bands are used to maintaing heart rate and tone muscles. An ab workout and stretch/relaxation movements complete this workout.

Jeanne offered the class last week for the first time and class participants loved it!  They encouraged her to replace Cardio/Step with this new, fun class.

Two complimentary personal training sessions are offered to each new member upon sign-up.

Our personal trainers will review your health history, take you measurements, determine your body fat percentage and help you set goals.
